We know that choosing a pest control provider can be a challenging decision, and understand that year-round protection can be hard to commit to. That's why here at American Pest we offer our residential preferred care customers peace of mind with what we refer to as our Pest-Free Pledge which states:
"If pests return between your regularly scheduled preferred care services, we will return at no additional cost to you!"
Of course, there are additional details and stipulations that apply to this which you can see below.
However, don't worry, ultimately we want to do the right thing and help solve your pest problems and you can trust that we mean that based on our A+ rating through the Better Business Bureau!
• Pest-Free Pledge only applicable to residential customers with a currently active preferred care program.
• For commercial customers, please reference your current agreement or call us for an estimate for additional service offerings
• Between regularly scheduled services means that services must have occurred within regularly scheduled frequency (1 per season), meaning that previous service and/or next service cannot be skipped at the request of the customer.
• Pest-Free Pledge applies to 1 Extra Service Call (ESC) between regularly scheduled services
• Residential customers must make reasonable accommodations so as not to provide on-going conducive conditions that would create a pest friendly environment
• Pests relevant to Pest-Free Pledge must be covered under the current agreement (reference Terms & Conditions and 30 plus pests covered for details) and does not include wood destroying insects, bed bugs, wildlife, mosquitoes, ticks, etc. If you do not see a pest listed and are unsure if it's covered, please request additional information from your pest professional.
• The Pest-Free Pledge does not constitute as a money-back guarantee. However, American Pest always aims to be responsible and ethical in providing services.
