Preparation Steps Prior To Treatment

1. Clean Kitchen & Bathrooms

Do a thorough cleaning of your kitchen and bathroom. These are locations cockroaches frequent, and they will be the focus of treatment.

2. Clear Your Kitchen Storage

Remove everything from your kitchen cabinets, drawers, and under the kitchen sink. Place these items in another room, outside of the treatment area.

3. Clear Under Bathroom Sinks

Remove everything from your bathroom cabinets, drawers, and under the bathroom sinks. Place these items in another room, outside of the treatment area.

4. Remove Garbage and Recycling

Remove all garbage and recycling from the home.

5. Seclude Pets

Dogs, cats, hamsters, reptiles, and birds should be removed for the duration of the treatment.

Fish

6. Cover Your Aquariums

Cover any aquariums and turn the filtration systems off.

What To Expect During Treatment

  1. You should receive notification 1 day prior to your service with a 7-6 time window. If a smaller arrival window is needed, please call us at 301-232-5845.
  2. Upon arrival your technicians will inspect both the interior and exterior for entry points. It is necessary that the resident/management company provide your technician with access to your home for treatment. If you’re not available, please make arrangements for this access to be provided.
  3. They’ll likely ask and pay special attention to any areas where you’ve reported any activity. Be sure that these areas are easily accessible.
  4. For your safety, we request that you remain out of the home for 2 to 4 hours once access has been given.
  5. Your technicians will report any findings and provide treatment recommendations.
  6. Upon your approval, technicians will begin the treatment process. Follow-up appointments may be necessary.

Post-Treatment | What to expect

  1. You should receive information from your technician’s notes following the service. If you have signed up for our customer portal, you should also see this information there. If you aren’t seeing this email, please check your junk folder and allow up to1-2 business days before calling to request it be sent manually.
  2. Please do not touch or disturb any traps, monitors, or stations following the service, as these have been strategically placed by our pest professionals.
  3. Please be persistent with cleaning and any recommendations you received from your technician to maximize the success of your service.
  4. Please note that it is possible and normal to see a temporary increase in activity within 7-10 days of treatment while the materials take effect.
  5. Your technician may have scheduled a follow-up appointment. If you have any questions or need to reschedule, please contact us.
