During the initial service, we will walk your property to identify where mosquitoes and ticks reside and breed and perform the treatment to problem areas using a specialized misting system. Ongoing services continue once a month, typically from March to October.

- Pricing of services following the initial do increase and will be quoted by a pest professional.
- Offer available to new customers who sign up for new services & existing customers who upgrade their services with auto-pay & auto-renewal before 03/31/24.
- Excludes 1-time job services & commercial services.
- Previous customers must be at least 12 months since last service.
- Must sign up for autopay & auto-renewal by 03/31/25 & schedule the first treatment by 03/31/25.
- Limit 1 per customer. It cannot be combined with other offers.
- Costs associated with initial & ongoing services vary depending on the size of the home & severity of the pest problem & will be quoted by a pest professional.
